I made a decision, i've bought aluminium sheets for wall cladding, 16 sheets measuring 1*2 meter, material thickness is 0,78mm .

The floorpan and wheelarces are in. finaly building up again.

    

To connect two sheets of aluminium togethether there are two methods, with a flat lock seam, or riveting.
i'm rivetting the aluminim sheets together, like the airstream trailers. It gives authentic looks to our Titan.

I've ordered 1000 3mm aluminium rivets for the job.

The first sheets are on, it's a very time consuming process.
